Local Legends Magazine (or simply "Local Legends" or "Local Legends Worldwide" or "us" or "we") is owned and operated through Local Legends Worldwide, LLC and its terms and conditions can be found below. 

PRIVACY/COOKIE POLICY 

Any information you submit to our website, or that is gathered by us during your visit, is used strictly by Local Legends Magazine to maintain a record of your purchases and for promotional reasons. We do not sell, transfer, rent or trade your information to any third party unless as otherwise dictated in our Privacy Policy. If you register with our site, you will be asked to submit some personal information, such as name and contact information to be used for Local Legends Magazine marketing & our affiliate partnerships. Local Legends Magazine will safeguard your personal information. Under no circumstances will we disclose or share your information with any unauthorized third party. Local Legends Magazine places small packets of data, known as "cookies," onto customer's computers and mobile devices. This is a standard practice all online businesses adhere to. Cookies are an integral part of assisting Local Legends Magazine in providing a high quality online shopping experience to all customers. With cookies enabled, Patriot Prizes can determine the buying and browsing behavior of all customers as it tracks your movements on our site. By browsing Patriot Prizes, customers consent to the placement of cookies on their computer. Customers are able to disable cookies personally from their browser should they choose to do so. PURCHASES, SHIPMENT, CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES 

All items purchased from Local Legends Magazine are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier. The use of the Local Legends Magazine site is intended only to people and entities 13 and above in age and able to form legally binding agreements and with the purpose of purchasing items for personal use by themselves or as gifts.

Local Legends Magazine does not offer worldwide shipping. If/When we do add this service, the recipient specified on the delivery address will be the importer of the purchased product and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Purchased goods may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country or state. The recipient specified on the delivery address may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient specified on the delivery address. Local Legends Magazine has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you reject the package & do not pay DUTIES, Local Legends Magazine will not refund your order. By checking the box at checkout means you agree to pay duties for your items for your prospective country.

Local Legends Magazine is not responsible for lost items if our shipping carriers have confirmation of delivery. This also includes any returns sent back to our warehouse location(s) without prior authorization through the email address listed above. Local Legends Magazine is not responsible for items that are shipped to incorrect or not valid addresses. If an item is rejected by a postal carrier and sent back to our fulfillment center, a refund will be sent back to you minus the shipping fee. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Local Legends Magazine does not provide refunds or exchanges. If a shipment gets damaged during shipment to the recipient, we may choose to replace the item but are not required to do so.

We actively monitor purchased transactions to identify potential misuse or abuse of our policies. We flag customers who meet our criteria for excessive charges. Customers who are flagged may be subject to our review and revocation of standard customer return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

ADVERTISING SPACE

Release - When you purchase ad space on behalf of yourself or the business you represent, you agree to the following terms.  You give Local Legends the continued right to publish the ad provided on the website, printed magazine, flyers, social media and wherever else we may choose to publish now or in the future.  You grant us the right to use your personal and/or company logo, taglines, employee or customer images/ soundbites, and any other identifier provided by you.  We reserve the right (but are not required) to alter the ad as it suits our publication needs which may include (but is not limited to) - size adjustments, bleed/border adjustments, spelling corrections, amplifying image clarity and more.  We wish all ads to look presentable and represent the purchaser appropriately, so if we think the submitted document is of low quality, we will reach out to the submission agent immediately.

Ad Creation - If you choose to purchase our Ad Creation Services, the full price amount for this service must be paid in advance.  Local Legends' designers will communicate with you through the email and/or telephone provided to meet your ad goals - no more than two correction opportunities provided for a total of three creative sessions by our designers.  During the communication process, if you do not get back to the Local Legends team within the proper amount of time we need to property amend the ad for publishing, or if we have not received approval confirmation, we are under no obligation to publish the ad.  Upon final review, if you don't want to use the creative design the Local Legends team has presented, upon your request, we will not publish it.  However, there are no refunds for services rendered nor transferability to someone else or for another ad.  

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

Ad Space and Services Rendered - Local Legends Magazine does not grant refunds for purchased ad space.  

Products - Local Legends Magazine does not accept returns or exchanges at this time. If you wish to make an exchange due to an incorrect/damaged item due to Local Legend Magazine's error, please contact us through our "Contact" page and a representative will get back to you as soon as possible. IF THE MISTAKE IS ON OUR END, WE WILL COVER THE COST OF SHIPPING TO REPLACE THE UNUSED PRODUCT(S). IF BAGS OR TAGS HAVE BEEN TAKEN OFF/OPENED, WE WILL NOT REPLACE THE PRODUCT(S). Additionally, in your request, please ensure you have included the following details: Order Number, First Name/Last Name & Address. 

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY 

Local Legends Magazine strives to be as accurate as possible and intends that the colors, design, and style of the products that appear on this site reflect those of the actual product. However, Local Legends Magazine does not warrant that product descriptions, pictures or any other content on our site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Variations caused by technical, typographical, digital, or photographic reasons may occur. Actual colors and the "look and feel" you see on the site will depend on your computer monitor and on other technical factors. If a product offered by Local Legends Magazine itself is not as described (damaged), your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. All Local Legends Magazine physical products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. HOWEVER, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  We will not refund/exchange items that are purchased by mistake or incorrectly by you the customer. Except as expressly stated herein, Local Legends Magazine disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the LocalLegendsMag.com or affiliated social media pages or partnering company websites. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Local Legends Magazine arising from any product sold on our site is the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Local Legends Magazine, its directors, officers, employees or representatives or collaborators be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.  By ordering from us you agree to these terms and understand the policy we have in place for no refunds/exchanging of products or changing shipping addresses once your items have been shipped. 

Marketing use of your personal information by signing up for newsletters, you agree to receive special offers and promotions of Local Legends Magazine. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link contained in the email or by emailing us through our contact page.
