Local Legends Magazine (or simply "Local Legends") is owned and operated through Local Legends Worldwide, LLC and its privacy policy can be found below. 

1. WE MAKE IT PRETTY SIMPLE.

We don't collect anymore information then what is needed to process orders and meet the needs of our customers and advertisers.  We do not sell your personal information ( like your name, email, mailing address, etc.) to others because that's dumb.  By using our website and related pages, you hereby consent to our disclaimers and agree to this privacy policy and our terms.

2. TAKE NOTE

The information provided on our website is posted in good faith but we make no warranties about its complete nature, reliability and accuracy.  The Local Legends Magazine website does not guarantee 100% success at all times and you use this site at your own risk as Local Legends Magazine is not liable for any losses and/or damages in connection with the use of this site.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect specific personal identifiable information (PII) about you in order to provide you with quality service.  This may include your full name, email, telephone number and street address upon making a purchase/order through our site.  This also includes the collection of banking information, like credit card numbers, to complete the financial process.  We do not see this kind of information to others.

We may collect and use information you send our way (via email, social media, etc.) directly or post on various third-party sites, like social media platforms, that may be directed towards or connected with our site/business.  We may distribute surveys or the use of other programs to collect demographic information such as merchandise you prefer.

If you're utilizing our website, whether through a computer or mobile phone, we may collect both identifiable and non-identifiable information about you including the browser you’re using, location, and your device's unique identifier.  We might be able to identify the site you came from, or what site you visit when you leave our pages. 

Our sites and apps are not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13). 4. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

We collect information in various ways including the information you provide to use directly through our website contact page and other avenues of direct communication.  We may collect information from you passively through tracking tools like browser cookies and web beacons.  In addition, third-party applications, such as social media sites and others, provide us with additional information when you interact with them through our site (example: name, email, location, gender, etc.).  The information you provide to those platforms can be used on our website and social media platforms.

5. HOW WE USE INFORMATION COLLECTED

Service Providers:  We collect information that allows us to properly and efficiently provide service to our customers.  We do not sell your information to others.  Information is only provided to third-parties when they are working directly with us to serve our customer's/site visitor's needs such as website developers, third-party giveaway/sweepstakes operator performing services on our behalf and more. 

Legal Requirements: We will do our best to comply with local and federal regulations and will follow all court orders or subpoenas for information.  We will also do so during any investigation into our business including audits.  

Future Business Owner:  We may share information if/when Local Legends magazine is transferred to another person or entity - sold in part or in whole.  All information we possess will then be transferred to them.  

Should we find ourselves needing to share your information outside of the reasons provided in this policy, we will inform you ahead of time through a site-wide announcement or direct email that you may have provided.

The standard security measures we utilize will depend upon the type of information collected. However, please be aware, the Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our sites will be completely safe. We encourage you to use caution whenever and wherever using the Internet and sharing personal identifiable information and non-identifiable information.

6. HOW YOU CONTROL YOUR INFORMATION

You have some choices about how we use your information.  To opt out of receiving our promotional emails, please e-mail hello@locallegendsmag.com and use "Opt Out of Emails" as your email title.  Your own personal device settings should provide you with some instructions on how to turn off push notifications, control cookies and tracking tools. It may take a few days to process your request.  You can modify some information you have given us.  If we cannot make the changes you want, we will let you know and explain why.  Users may also opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Ad Setting and/or www.aboutads.info .

7. EXTERNAL HYPERLINKS

There will be hyperlinks provided that will lead a site user to other company sites that are not operated by us.  They are simply there for convenience but we have no control over the content and ethical standards of these external sites.  These links provided do not suggest that Local Legends Magazine is fully recommending every aspect of their content and/or conduct.  Remember, when you leave this site, other sites may have different policies of their own and we highly suggest you take note of their privacy policies and terms of use before continuing to use their site in any way.

You agree to defend, indemnify Local Legends Magazine and our officers, directors, employees, successors, licensees and assigns harmless from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising or resulting from: your breach of this Agreement, your misuse of the content, or the site, and/or your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, trademark, property, or privacy right.
